Are you ready for an exciting career opportunity? We are seeking a new HR Business Partner to join our team in Sweden, supporting our sales organization and Nordic distribution center. Join Our Team
You will be located at our new office in Kungsbacka near Kungsmässan and our Nordic Distribution Centre, you will have the flexibility to work from home when suitable. The positions reports directly to the Country Manager and work closely with the Nordic HR Business partner.
A Diverse Range of Responsibilities
As part of our global people and culture organization, you will operate in Sweden, taking on a wide variety of tasks some will be connected to the other Nordic Countries. Your days will be dynamic and varied:
Conducting recruitment and interviews.
Administering employee information in our HR system.
Negotiating with the union.
Supporting managers in people management and HR matters.
Overseeing the formal work environment processes at the sales office and Nordic Distribution Centre.
Managing the Global People Cycle where applicable.
Maintaining the employee handbook and policies.
Acting as the local expert and administrator in our corporate HR systems, SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
Keeping updated on Swedish labor law developments.
Developing the local people plan and priorities in line with the Annual Business Plan.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who embodies the Coloplast Vision, Mission, and values, and upholds a high ethical standard. Your structured approach and attention to detail will be key to your success. High integrity and the ability to work with employees at all levels, both locally and globally, as well as external stakeholders, are crucial.
Your Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in a similar position.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of labor law and experience in union negotiations.
Experience with rehabilitation processes.
A structured and analytical problem solver.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
