Responsibilities:

As our HR Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth and enhance organisational effectiveness. You will collaborate with leaders across venues to develop and implement HR initiatives that foster employee engagement, talent development and organisational success.

  • Partner with Senior Leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support achievement of objectives
  • Provide expert guidance and support to Managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Lead talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning and employee development programs
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Resourcing Partner to identify talent needs and support the hiring process
  • Drive employee engagement through initiatives such as culture-building activities, recognition programs and feedback mechanisms
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision making
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
