As a HR Business Partner you will be the co-ordinator of developing, shaping and embedding the Corporate teams people agenda, working to deliver the people strategy and championing people innovation. The HR Business Partner also works closely within the wider central HR team on shaping, influencing and embedding the centrally managed and driven HR programmes as part of the Group People plan.
This position will support Property, Corporate Affairs and Pub Partners which creates a unique role as you’ll partner with the Corporate teams as well as the Partnerships & Venture division.
We’re open to applications from individuals who are looking to take the step into a HR Buisness partner position or an established HR Business partner who is looking for something new. Ideally the candidate will have a passion to champion change and help to deliver the people agenda in each of the areas.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for execution and embedding of the people and culture strategy.
  • Day to day management of people metrics and people risks in corporate and pub partners, analysing and building solutions for off track KPI’s.
  • Key member and influencer of the regional management team – developing GK solutions on culture, shaping people strategy ensuring individual regional requirements are considered where appropriate.
  • Responsible for leading on engagement plans across the function, working closely with the People and Culture team on developing and embedding diversity and inclusion objectives
  • Responsibility for execution of regional wellbeing strategy leveraging centrally driven innovations.
