  • Implement and coordinate HR policies and activities tailored to the immediate needs of our people, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to career progression.
  • Facilitate the delivery of needed skills and career growth opportunities for our team members by supporting our talent acquisition and employee development strategies.
  • Support managers with performance review preparation related to our Performance Management process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and meaningful feedback.
  • Stay ahead of the latest developments in the HR industry and labor legislation, ensuring our practices are compliant, innovative, and effective.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects, contributing to our strategic objectives and promoting a culture of integrity and respect.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to provide data & reports for cost forecasting and budgeting, guiding our leaders in understanding staff cost implications.
