JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to different departments, providing guidance and support in all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to build strong relationships, and the skill to drive HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and values.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the ability to speak, listen, and use a personal computer for standard business communications including but not limited to phone calls, video meetings, and emails.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and support the delivery of training programs.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and implement changes and improvements as needed.
