Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

Provide HR guidance and both hand-on and strategic level support in areas of organizational capability, resourcing, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations and business knowledge within the Group Functions across EMEA region. Working closely with global HR teams and leveraging functional and business division HR support as needed for delivering HR services to client groups.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Act as business partner and consultant advising on different HR disciplines to managers and employees at both regional (EMEA) level in line with wider people strategy
  • Guide and consult managers and employees on HR matters drawing on functional specialists and business HR colleagues with a balanced focus on strategic and operational HR activities
  • Support managers with organizational design and development, recruitment process & onboarding new employees
  • Facilitate overall performance management process in close collaboration with functional and business HR colleagues
  • Execute on talent management strategies including succession planning in line with defined processes incl. preparing and conducting development reviews with management teams and facilitating individual development plans
  • Facilitate team and off-site meetings & workshops with managers and employees as needed (e.g. EOS follow-up)
  • Enhance and facilitate awareness and compliance with company guidelines and policies
  • Provide data analysis and reporting based on business needs and requirements
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the functional (Talent Management & Sourcing, C&B, L&D, HR Programs etc.) to implement relevant solutions
  • Partner closely with global HR Business Partners on global strategy and execution
  • Provide relevant input into HR plans and participate/lead HR projects as needed
