SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Stratosphere Quality is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to lead diverse human resources functions, encompassing policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance. This pivotal role requires collaboration with management to elevate performance, administer benefits, and foster a positive work atmosphere. Candidates for this position should possess a comprehensive understanding of Canadian labor laws and must be residents of Canada.
