We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team in Manchester.
As HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to our executive directors and senior leaders to shape and execute business strategy and drive the people agenda in accordance with the HR plan. You will operate as a trusted partner and advisor with the credibility to influence thinking, challenge, shape and identify opportunities to add greater value.
Responsibilities:
WITHIN THIS HR ROLE, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Build and sustain effective, trusted relationships with the executive directors and their senior leaders, working in partnership to develop and influence the strategic people plan
- Work in partnership with the executives and senior leaders to identify opportunities to lead and deliver on transformation and change initiatives across the business
- Create business improvement and cost efficiencies
- Lead the development of a high-performance culture across the company.
TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO BE A MINIMUM MCIPD LEVEL 7 QUALIFIED. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience within a similar role, working with and influencing executive directors and senior leaders.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage and resolve complex issues.
- Experience leading large and complex transformation and change initiatives.
- Proven influencing and coaching skills.
This role will require travel to a number of our offices and depots throughout the North West.
