REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 5+ years’ experience developing and leading an HR function for technology or corporate, commercial organisation
  • CIPD qualification
  • Proven experience of building successful corporate culture in large companies
  • Strong business acumen, consulting, analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, proactive and positive approach with highly developed communication and organisational skills
  • Accountable, builds rapport quickly and visibly supports the senior leadership team and their agenda
  • Results-focused - understands what is important to employees, clients and management - is committed to achieving goals
  • Must have strong computer skills (Excel, Access, Word) and excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a Human Resources generalist with benefit and rewards experience? Do you collaborate with senior leadership?
We’re looking to add a HR Business Partner to our UK&I People team. This is a hybrid role with 1 direct report, reporting into the Head of People UK & Ireland, you’ll be responsible for managing initiatives and collaborating with senior leaders in the business.
As a HR Business Partner at EPAM, you will be involved in administrative support including implementation of performance reviews, appraisals, stakeholder management, talent management, immigration and mobility and reviewing all current HR and administrative processes and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employee Relations: Provide coaching and support across all areas of Employee Relations
  • Employee Retention: Build close relationships with the Talent Acquisition teams and stakeholders to ensure talent and succession planning is effective and in place
  • Benefit Management: be accountable for benefit management, including legal compliance, maintaining a relationship with our benefit providers and conducting annual reviews
  • Reward and Recognition: Advise management on appropriate approaches to reward and recognition practices. Ensure that the Company’s pay and benefits structure reflects market values and prepare information and input for the salary budgets
  • Ensure HR processes and policies are adhered and overall legal compliance
  • Immigration and Mobility: Act as primary subject matter expert on immigration regulations and policies, working closely with the Global Mobility team
  • Reporting: Creation and management of monthly HR dashboards and data such as staff turnover, utilisation, training hours per person, etc. Collaborating with Management to ensure best practice is in place at all times. Provide effective and efficient HR administration support to the group
  • Learning and Development: Design and implement learning and development framework that develops management teams’ understanding of HR best practice across all areas and fosters a strong leadership culture. Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business and resource management heads
  • Administrative support: Provide effective and efficient administration support to the group
