about the role
They are currently looking for a HRBP (12 months contract) to join them in Penang. This role is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and supporting Business Applications (BA). The successful candidate must be able to organise and lead BA projects. You will be responsible for supporting BA initiatives for the HR Department.
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have experience in project management. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills.
