Description:

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Completed university degree (Master’s) ideally in the field of human resources, business administration or organisational development
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in human resources with experience in advising managers and the strategic orientation of the company
  • Strong analytical, economic and financial understanding (e.g. of profit and loss accounts and the impact of financial statements on business operations).
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to support the organisation in developing new business areas
  • Excellent consulting skills and global and cultural awareness
  • Strong project and change management skills with the ability to
  • Very good interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally (15%)

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic consulting: Advising and supporting the business units in all HR-related matters, including organisational development, talent management and succession planning.
  • HR development: Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate employee development programmes.
  • Performance management: supporting the implementation and optimisation of performance appraisal systems and accompanying feedback and evaluation processes.
  • Employee retention: Development and implementation of strategies for employee retention and motivation.
  • Change management: Support in change processes and promotion of a positive corporate culture.
  • Personnel planning and recruitment: Supporting the creation of personnel plans and working with the recruitment team to attract the best talent for the company.
  • Labour law and compliance: Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements and internal guidelines and advising on labour law issues.
  • Cooperation with the works council: establishing and maintaining constructive cooperation in order to find joint solutions and respect co-determination rights
  • Data analysis and reporting: Analysing HR key figures and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making.
