Here at Findex we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is an initial 12 month maternity leave cover, with the flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Here at Findex we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This role will report into our Head of People Transformation, supporting and providing advice to leaders across our Advisory & Consulting division and multiple corporate portfolios. This is an initial 12 month maternity leave cover, with the flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Senior Leaders within their respective divisions and corporate departments, with a key focus on employee engagement and retention strategies by advising and coaching leaders on performance management, development conversations and employee risks.
