Job Description
The HR Business Partner oversees the Human Resource processes. Responsible for all prominent areas of recruitment and selection, employee development and retention, employee relations and enhancement of HR policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of local employment law and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance and update the internal processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant experience and knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility in dealing with a variety of responsibilities and issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and versatility in making sound business recommendations and decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand resource needs and responsible for recruitment and selection
  • Responsible for Work Pass Administration and Process
  • Liaison with MOM and establish reputable relationship
  • Complete new hire pre-onboarding paperwork and deliver onboarding program
  • Complete Payroll Sheet for Payroll Serve
  • Maintain full employee database in Viewpoint and personnel folders
  • Responsible for Government Paid Leave claims processes
  • Support learning & development initiatives and participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
  • Build relationship and establish rapport with all levels
  • Ability to identify human issues and handling them closely with HR Manager

  • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matter
  • Participate in employee engagement and teambuilding events to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
