We are now seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner this challenging role will involve being part of the UK HR Team, providing support and coaching to line managers and to assist with the implementation and delivery of excellent HR initiatives. This role will require you to be a quick thinker with the ability to drive processes that are essential to keeping the business operating.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant HR Qualification
Minimum Level 7 CIPD Accreditation.
Proven knowledge of employment legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Diplomatic with good negotiation skills
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Assertive and confident
Ability to work with personnel at all levels.
Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations Proficient IT skills.
