We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Oceania to be responsible for providing HR Business Partner support to create a first class, purpose driven employee experience to drive business success.
With a focus on improving the employee experience and living our values of Trust, Aspiration and Empathy this role is crucial in delivering our people strategy and programs that propel us towards our team’s goal of becoming an Inclusive Employer of Choice delivering Employee Experience Excellence, creating Sustainability Transformation with Customers & Communities.
Core to success in this role is the development of strong relationships with key stakeholders and a deep understanding of Fujitsus business operations and challenges to ensure HR is a trusted advisor to the business.
