Description:
What is the role about?
- Employee support: Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries, delivering assistance and promptly resolving HR-related issues to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Leadership guidance: collaborate closely with supervisors, offering day-to-day support in areas such as feedback, staff development, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- HR operations and compliance: implement individual HR measures, administer employee compensation and payroll, and ensure legal compliance and coordination with internal and external partners.
- Employee engagement and HR process optimization: contribute to building an attractive employer brand, execute employee engagement initiatives, coordinate employee appraisals, manage performance reviews, take over the re-/staffing of positions in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training initiatives, and contribute to HR policy creation and enforcement.

- You have a successfully completed academic degree or vocational training with a focus on HR - we also appreciate career changers with relevant professional experience in the field of HR.
- You have at least three years of professional experience in human resources management in a generalistic role.
- You are fluent in both German and English with exceptional communication skills.
- You have very good knowledge of the current MS Office tools and HR management systems.
