QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an ER advisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
- Proven experience in handling complex ER cases and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Experience working in a trade environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Employment Relations Advisor for a 4-month contract to provide essential support during our new system transitional phase. The successful candidate will lead HR related matters, providing support and coaching to leaders and employees. On a day to day basis the role will provide variety including investigations, offering advice and support to senior leaders and other HR related matters. This role involves working with over 1200 employees in an Award-based, blue-collar trade environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations (ER) matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution.
- Coach and support leaders in handling ER issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
