Description:

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the organization. Serving as a strategic consultant to business leaders, the HRBP focuses on fostering a culture of excellence, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. By understanding the unique needs of their assigned business units, the HRBP collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR solutions that drive performance, enhance employee satisfaction, and support the achievement of business goals.

  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and goals. Develop HR strategies and solutions that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism. Conduct thorough investigations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Talent Management: Lead the talent acquisition process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance review procedures to assess employee performance and development needs. Provide support and guidance to managers in conducting performance evaluations.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on legal regulations and industry best practices. Ensure all HR processes and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the HR team to develop programs and policies that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative, Psychology or related field;
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar role;
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills;
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proven track record of driving results and managing complex HR projects;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, to facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment;
  • Any knowledge of employment laws and regulations across Southeast Asian countries like Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and others is highly advantageous.
