Stellenbeschreibung

  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of Human Resources by providing support, coaching, and counseling to managers and employees.
  • Steering the preparation of data, analyzing reports or conditions, and interpreting human resources management policies and procedures.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the works council
  • Acting, in collaboration with the local Plant HR team, as an impartial advocate for employees, ensuring proper identification, reporting, and resolution of all issues.
  • Analyzing and assessing current, developing, and future HR strategies related to structure, processes, and/or technologies.
  • Developing, implementing, and managing employee communication and engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive and progressive work environment and cultural change.
  • Collaborating with the Plant Manager to build a team, implement change initiatives, and develop short- and long-term plant strategies and budgets to achieve operational goals.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Extensive experience in Change Management, as well as the development of concepts for employee satisfaction.
  • Significant experience in Human Resources, ideally within a production organization.
  • Mandatory experience as an HR Manager in a plant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of German Labour Law, compensation and benefits, Talent Management, as well as HR systems.
  • A proven track record in working with German works councils.
  • Mandatory business fluent German language skills and good English language skills.
