The Regional Snr HR Manager role is to work directly with the Singapore (Local & Regional Teams) and Malaysia business and the HR Director APAC to co-design, develop and deliver the Human Resources and people strategy & initiatives.
This role will act as a trusted advisor by providing advice, guidance and a tailored solution to create the right culture for CooperVision’s continued growth. The HR Manager will contribute to the local Management team to the development of the Singapore and Malaysia businesses.
This role is also expected to be a subject matter expert in HR Systems & local government employment legislation.

- Some commercial experience gained outside of an HR role is an advantage
- There will be some local and international travel expected in this role – up to 10%Excellent spoken and written English skills are vital. Other Asian languages will be beneficial.
EDUCATION
- A University degree and ideally with a Master’s degree in a Business Management or related subject
