Your tasks:

  • You will collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR guidance that contributes to achieving business goals
  • You will support the design and implementation of performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.You will provide guidance and support during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives
  • You will utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making, such as turnover analysis, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives.
  • You will stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Germany, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and up to date
  • You will assist in the management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity
  • You will be in close collaboration with payrolling & payrolling provider to assure smooth processing
  • You will assure continuous improvement of HR processes & involvement in HR projects

Your profile:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • You bring along proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry
  • You acquire in-depth knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
  • You have demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • You are proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
  • You are fluent in English and German, both written and verbal
