Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively within the Food Business Partner team, develop the State or function annual people plan for those teams you partner, which enable the state or function to achieve its business plans. These plans align into the broader Metcash People Strategy and focus on business growth, culture, leadership, capabilities, and core people processes.
- Act as the people lead in major business changes, providing key stakeholders with capability, support, and effective people-related change management practices to enable and embed major business change.
- Identify, design, and implement initiatives to ensure the Food pillar has the right talent, in the right place, at the right time to deliver our purpose of Championing Successful Independents
- Providing leadership coaching & advice to your partner executives & leadership teams
- Work closely with P&C Advice Centre to understand major trends, working proactively to address underlying issues and focusing on continuous improvement.
