EXP EHO NetOps DE is seeking for a HR Business Partner Network Operations EUHQ (m/f/d) based in Leipzig - Germany to be a part of our global network as a member of the Network Operations Management Team, could this be you?

Responsibilities:

Implement various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies, best practices and current legislation. The HR BP understands business needs for being able to drive the business from an HR point of view.

  • Act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at regional level.
  • Deploy and coordinate HR policies and activities to suit immediate needs of Business Managers and employees spanning across employee lifecycle.
  • Support managers with hiring process, contracts and on boarding new employees.
  • Ensure common HR Process and Guidelines are followed in the area of responsibility.
  • Facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program.
  • Conduct reviews, preparatory talks and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with defined Performance Management process.
  • Support change initiatives and acts as change agent.
  • Keep up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labor legislation.
  • Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations.
  • Steer subject related matters up on Network Operations EU Management level in the area of responsibility.
  • Convince other subject matter experts to accept new concepts, practices and approaches (e.g. workers council, Department heads).
  • May cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers.
  • Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with Network Operations EU Management Team.
  • Understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns and can provide solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to line managers and employee.
  • Convince the authorities to meet the business needs while respecting compliance regulations.
  • Negotiate with applicants and workers council.
