Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & OD Business Partner to join our team within the New Hospital Programme (NHP). This role is integral to supporting our mission to transform hospital construction and achieve significant savings through innovative approaches.
About the Role: As the HR & OD Business Partner, you will operate at a strategic level, providing comprehensive HR and OD services to senior leaders and line managers. You will be responsible for implementing HR and OD policies, supporting organisational development, and ensuring a healthy, high-performing, and inclusive workplace.
About the Team: The New Hospital Programme is committed to changing the way hospitals are built, incorporating repeatable design, modern construction methods, new clinical planning approaches, and innovations in sustainability and digital technology. You will be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to achieving these ambitious goals.

Strategic HR & OD Leadership: Provide a strategic and operational level HR & OD service. Develop and implement key HR & OD strategies, plans, and procedures. Provide strategic professional advice on complex HR and OD issues to facilitate timely and effective resolutions. Utilise people management information and data to provide insights and support decision making.
Support and Advisory Services: Lead the delivery of an efficient, high-quality, and professional HR & OD service. Support managers with people issues and advise on best practices in HR and OD.
Organisational Development: Contribute to the continual improvement of HR & OD policies, systems, and processes. Support leadership and team development to foster a culture of professionalism and service excellence.
Change Management: Lead transformational change across NHP, promoting best practices and innovations in records and information management.
