Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a global healthcare company in their search for a HRBP to join its team. This role will focus on supporting your client group through business partnering and delivering HR initiatives in line with the People Plan. There will be an expectation to be present and seen on site.
Responsibilities:
SCOPE OF THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced HRBP to drive performance and to create a culture where people thrive. You will report into the HR Director and deliver HR initiatives in line with the People Plan.
This is a true generalist role, and you should have experience in the all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, talent, organisational development, employee engagement and ER. You will also partner senior stakeholders in the business.
