Responsibilities:

  • Partner with retail business leaders to identify HR priorities and develop solutions that support business goals.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers and recruitment partners to ensure we have the right people with the right skills at the right time to serve our guests.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring that employees are treated fairly and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement performance management programs that drive employee engagement and development.
  • Work with the HR team to design and implement processes and standards that are aligned with the company objectives.
  • Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop recommendations to address these areas.
