Description:

THE COMPANY

Are you ready to trade your commute for quality time, your punch card for independence, and your drive-thru for home-brewed?
Essential HR provides HR relief to small businesses through fractional hands-on support.
At Essential HR, it is more than just another HR job. The company was born out of the desire to give employees flexibility in their work and clients flexibility in the HR support they need. And we love working together. Our team believes in each other and supports each other to accomplish their personal and professional goals, …and we have fun doing it!

Our business is growing! We are looking for a passionate HR Business Partner to join our team of HR rockstars. The HR Business Partner is a true generalist who loves thinking on their feet and creating practical and impactful solutions to HR problems.
Our HR Business Partners advise their assigned clients on HR matters ranging from employee relations to HR strategy. They create the accompanying best-in-class systems to deliver and implement HR solutions to our (awesome!) clients.
This position is primarily remote; however, we are on-site at our clients’ workplaces when needed. Preference will be given to candidates in the Niagara to Kitchener-Waterloo area.
