Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.
We are seeking to recruit an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Human Resources department of Bank Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG., succursale de Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partner & HR Officer Lux, you will act as a key partner on HR matters for our staff and management, you will play a major role in aligning business needs and Group HR practices. You will interact with the other Group HRBPs to harmonise our local actions with business-line practices and Group-level policies so that we act as one Pictet. Through your contribution you will also ensure that our staff have a fulfilling professional experience as the Pictet Group continues to develop and change.

  • Contributing to preparing and implementing the changes that the HR department is set to undergo, as well as being involved in numerous projects aimed at delivering best in-class employee services, promoting new and agile ways of working and developing local international partnerships.
  • Playing your part in designing, developing and executing full-cycle recruitment plans and talent-sourcing strategies to ensure that potential talents are attracted, selected and successfully recruited, thereby making sure that staffing goals and the business’s overall objectives can be achieved.
  • Acquiring clear and detailed knowledge of industry trends, best practices and labour legislation. By establishing efficient people-management practices within the business, with a view to achieving employee satisfaction, you will help to ensure that valuable employees are retained. Moreover, you will be committed to assisting our talented staff and their managers in continuing their development and training. You will also be required to identify and manage difficulties that may arise with staff by providing support with complex work-related and personal situations.
  • Overseeing the year-end process in direct contact with the senior management of the business lines concerned. As part of the appraisal and appointment processes, you will assist and challenge managers and contribute to any relevant analyses of compensation data, with the assistance of our HR Solutions & Rewards team.
  • Providing active assistance with talent management to ensure that staff are retained and that suitable opportunities are provided for staff development and promotion as well as internal and international mobility.
  • Contributing to various HR projects, all of them aimed at developing, improving and extending our services.
