ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client, based in Dublin west are looking for a HR Business Partner. This opportunity will suit a senior HR generalist looking to make the next step and join a big HR team that will provide great exposure and support. This role will focus on employee engagement, reward management and retention and will also have some project work.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years HR Business Partnering/HR Generalist experience gained within a multi-site and fast paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of Human Resources best practices including Performance Management, Compensation and Rewards, Recruitment, Learning and Organisational Development, Employee Relations / Engagement and Talent Management.
Skilled / trained in: Performance Management, Project Management, Investigator Training and Mediation.
Ability to build up relationships with all levels of employees within the business.
Business driven and people focused with excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, change management and team working skills.
Excellent working knowledge of HRIS.
Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact for the Employees and managers work with the HR Leadership team to ensure a seamless and responsive HR service to the customer base.
Ensure that the business area people resources are optimized within and across the business area, focusing on employee productivity, effectiveness, performance management and development to promote a high-performance culture aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives and to ensure employees competencies are being developed effectively.
Lead the people aspect of the change plan and act as both the performance improvement driver and the people champion of the Company’s culture and values – focusing on the employee’s wellbeing and facilitating the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
Proactively support the delivery of HR processes and programmes e.g. workforce planning, capability development, learning & development, performance management, coaching, talent management, compensation and rewards, HR projects, employee engagement initiatives etc.
Review requests for changes in salary
Market mapping and pulling statistics for board reports
Work and assist managers with talent acquisition to ensure timely workforce planning of suitably qualified employees (internal & external) to meet current and future business requirements within agreed timelines to meet goals and objectives.
Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions. Provide advice to managers on talent development, succession planning, reward management and in coaching leaders to enhance performance/effectiveness.
