To Sandvik Group we’re now looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Group Finance and Group Communications functions, including our Sustainability organization. Someone who shows awareness, stays curious and share our believe that it all comes down to our fantastic people!
About your job
In this position, you work closely with the management teams and support our Finance and Communication functions. You’re a vital partner in the HR team working within Sandvik AB, supporting all group functions. Your mission is to drive the HR agenda and take on the responsibility to offering support and guidance for managers and employees in HR-related matters. With a global outlook, you take lead in strategic initiatives and operational activities, and you coordinate the fulfillment of main HR policies and processes included in our annual HR lifecycle such as employee surveys and performance management. You ensure that timelines are set and followed and that there is appropriate communication with line managers and employees, and you report on progress and completion of processes. You’re also responsible for the Sandvik Finance Academy and are engaged in HR topics concerning the Sandvik headquarters.
Collaboration is your key to success, and you constantly interact with your business stakeholders, other HR Business Partners, and our wider HR community to drive synergies, improvements, and best practices. By working proactively, you ensure that we have the competence and resources we need to meet our strategy and achieve business goals. You’re based at our headquarters in central Stockholm and report to the CFO.
About you
When it comes to background, you have a relevant university degree, or equivalent experience, combined with several years’ experience within the field of HR, preferably working within or close to a Finance organization. Union interaction, talent management and employee engagement are examples of areas that you have experience from. Since we’re acting across both country borders and cultures you also need experience from international environments. Naturally, you communicate and present information fluently in English.
As a person, you’re curious, open-minded and unbiased, and you show high integrity in all your work. Your coordination skills and business-minded approach comes in handy in interactions with stakeholders, and you build trusting relations by clear communication and proactive time management. With a can-do attitude you make things happen and you actively work to create a setting where diversity and inclusion is both considered and valued.
