HR BUSINESS PARTNER

REQUIREMENTS

And now for the nitty gritty:
You’ll need to have experience in a generalist HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor capacity and be able to build strong and effective relationships with colleagues and line managers.
You’ll need sound HR knowledge and be CIPD qualified and registered (minimum level 5 or tangible equivalent experience).
Experience of having previously carried an ER caseload is essential although it is important to note that this role’s focus is on Partnering with our managers and ER responsibilities will be less prominent.
Many of your duties can be performed remotely, however you will need to expect to travel to our sites as and when required, most often to our Leicester Head Office, on average twice a week, in order to build and maintain key relationships with the wider team and your stakeholders. Therefore you will need a full driving licence and unrestricted access to your own vehicle.
Finally, we are keen to appoint someone with fresh ideas and perspectives, who can offer us something more that will push us as a People function!

In addition to the above, we will make sure you have exposure to HR strategy and get the opportunities to develop additional skills by supporting across the People function, including our Senior HR leaders, wherever possible.
