YOUR PROFILE
Are you a dynamic and driven HR professional known for your ability to get things done? Do you also believe that employee engagement and team efficiency go hand in hand? Are you looking for the opportunity to actively participate in the expansion of a growing Canadian company? The sky is the limit! If you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or equivalent;
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as an HR generalist – direct experience supporting technology functions such as software development and product management is highly valued;
- An understanding of the general inner workings of a SaaS company (main departments, functions, job positions, etc.) and the ability to learn quickly;
- A natural ease in building relationships, developing internal partnerships and networks;
- Strong communication and active listening skills;
- A proven track-record of counselling and coaching that is both results-oriented and human-centric;
- Strong critical thinking and judgement, paired with the ability to make decisions and be accountable for the results;
- Strong organizational and priority management skills;
- The ability and interest to be present in our offices, on average 2 days per week, with flexibility;
- Because you must support pan Canadian teams, full English and French proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
