Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The HRBP will be the lead and decision maker alongside the Divisional Director, for addressing all workforce issues, guided by organisational and occupational policies. The HRBP will provide expert advice and support to Divisional and Departmental Managers to achieve KPIs on a wide range of workforce matters. The HRBP will work actively with the managers to ensure that the Departments have a robust workforce plan which is realistic, and this will be used to underpin all workforce developments. This will include workforce reconfiguration plans in support of service developments and cost improvement programs.
The HRBP will manage, support and develop an Assistant HRBP and the HR Administration team. The HRBP will work flexibly as part of a small team of HR Business Partners covering absences and work within the team as require
