Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be part of a HR (Business partner)team within Naturkompaniet and therefore - together with your team partner - be the main contact for the managers and employees working for Naturkompaniet stores and Head office in Sweden and/or Norway.
You will work both strategically and operationally to ensure that our HR (strategies) topics are executed in the most effective and efficient way.
THE MAIN TASKS ARE:
- Consult, support and train managers on HR-related topics and personnel errands in their daily work, e.g. team development, individual errands, labor law, support in staff-planning (Quinyx), recruitment, sick-leave and rehab handling etc.
- You are part of a European HR-Team at Frilufts Retail AB .
- You develop and execute on strategic plans and HR projects such as leadership development, learning activities, employee engagement, performance management in close cooperation with your HR colleagues in Frilufts Retail.
- You provide operational HR services and define working methods and processes along systems at the interfaces to group functions such as payroll, master data and reporting.
- You prepare recommendations for new practices/policies or changes to existing practices/policies to remain competitive with the marketplace.
- You drive recruitment for office and stores in close cooperation with line managers
- Act as the HR go-to-person for all staff that wants to consult a third party or getting support in employment or HR-related questions.
- Work closely with the Head of Retail and the retail team to best support the stores and store managers at all time.
