This is a great opportunity to join us as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our plant in Friedberg.
The purpose of the position is to partner with senior leaders on their people management, guiding them through the company processes and ensuring actions to engage, develop and involve individuals and teams.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in the fields of business administration, psychology, human resources management or comparable training
  • International mindset and Entrepreneurial thinking
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in human resources management, preferable manufacturing environment
  • Experience in conceptual HR work as well as in the support of change processes and organizational development
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills as well as very good spoken and written English and German
  • Confident handling of all common MS-Office programs
  • Communicative and sociable personality
  • Willingness to shape things
  • Empathy and ability to deal with conflicts

Responsibilities:

  • Advising managers on all company-relevant and employee-related issues relating to labor, collective bargaining and social law, as well as implementing all necessary measures in consultation with the specialist departments and in regular cooperation with the employers’ association and other external bodies, as well as with the committees of the co-determination legislation (e.g. dismissals, warnings, appeals regarding groupings or assessment results)
  • Participation in the implementation of short-/mid- and long-term personnel planning as well as control, coordination, agreement, and implementation of all measures in the areas of personnel recruitment, support and development
  • Providing and interpreting personnel-related key figures according to specifications or based on own definitions and developing proposals for measures for the departments, the personnel management, or the executive board
  • Implementation of all measures relating to remuneration, e.g. classifications and groupings, as well as working time regulations in accordance with statutory, collectively agreed and company requirements and in consultation with the specialist departments
  • Participation in the development and preparation of company agreements in cooperation with the works council, the departments, and the personnel management
  • Supporting and advising employees on issues such as career planning, partial retirement, occupational health, and safety, etc.
  • Supporting the departments in determining training needs and in designing collective and individual measures
  • Conception and implementation of workshops and moderation in consultation with the specialist departments Regular participation in projects for personnel and organizational development
  • Taking a leading role in HR projects and work closely with international HR teams to implement standard processes and for continuous improvement to ensure alignment with the global HR strategy
