Description:

The HR Business Partner will be the first point of contact for employees and managers in defined departments to provide advice and guidance in a range of people management processes which align with the HR and business strategy to recruit, retain and develop talented employees.

  • College or University degree
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR professional experience (at manufacturing/production is advantage)
  • Good knowledge of the Hungarian labor law
  • Driving license and practice – Category B
  • Comfortably using MS Office applications, NEXON / Oracle is a strong advantage
  • Proactive approach and able to use initiative to develop solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, well-structured working.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Collaborating with Recruitment team in recruitment processes to provide the needed workforce on time, including temporary staff
  • Ensuring all activities related to employment, changes and terminations with legal compliance,
  • Performing HR administration tasks, data management related HR systems, ensuring the completeness of personal files
  • Liaison with outsourced payroll accounting - daily administration, preparation, verification and approval of monthly closing, data provision
  • Ensuring HR costumer services for Employees
  • Supporting managers in performance & talent management
  • Supporting managers in organizational change process and change management
  • Supporting onboarding process, knowledge transfer and L&D activities, in collaboration with business managers and L&D
  • Support managers in headcount and HR related cost planning; analyze data in collaboration with controllers
  • Taking part in preparation of regular reports related to site and global KPIs
  • Development and updating of internal HR policies
  • Drive action plans together with the managers to improve employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the global HR organization, taking part in local and global projects.
