Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll report to the HR Business Partnering Manager, collaborating closely with Regional and Area Managers. Your mandate will encompass delivering expert guidance, innovative solutions, and impactful coaching across all facets of HR within a geographically dispersed workforce, including Regional NSW. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping people strategies and nurturing workplace culture.
Your responsibilities will extend to managing ER/IR cases, conducting thorough investigations, orchestrating succession plans, and empowering frontline managers with effective people management skills in a blue-collar environment.
