Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who has the drive for a career within the mining services industry who is passionate about positive, impactful change.

This role will be supported by a HR Advisor.
No day will be the same however you will be required to:
- Support the delivery of all aspects of the HR plan for the Project
- Partner with key stakeholder groups to manage employee absenteeism, performance and misconduct matters
- Provide advice and support on policies and procedures, systems, reporting, recruitment, industrial relations, disputes and dismissals
- Be involved in initiatives to enhance workplace culture and branding
- Support the site diversity and inclusion initiatives
- HR reporting
