Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and support our Industrial Services and Energy line of business. In this critical role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of HR projects and initiatives, from acquisitions and integrations to investigations and employee relations matters.
You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the operational HR needs of the business and driving the achievement of strategic objectives. With the support of the wider HR team, you’ll gain exposure to various aspects of HR and contribute significantly to the success of our Industrial Services and Energy line of business.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders, providing guidance and support to enhance people and leadership capability.
- Supporting the business in achieving our diveristy and icnlisio
- Manage and support employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and employee disputes, with a focus on proactive prevention and resolution.
- Participate and facilitate the negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreements, ensuring compliance and meeting business needs.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective HR service delivery and alignment with business strategies.
- Serve as a trusted adviser on Industrial Relations and general HR matters, partnering with the business.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an equitable and inclusive workplace culture.
