Description:

As part of our ongoing HR transformation program, Siemens Energy is seeking a dedicated and expert Process Consultant to play an integral role in the understanding and implementation of our HR processes and strategies. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our HR process optimization, serving as a direct counterpart to specific CoCs and the single point of contact to PS&S.

As a Process Consultant within the People Systems team, you will be a key contributor to our organization’s transformation initiatives. Maximising your expertise in HR processes and strategies, you’ll play a vital role in translating process requirements into technical requirements. Working collaboratively with HR Systems Consultants, you’ll supply to the evaluation and best fit of required HR processes within the HR Systems landscape.

How you’ll make an impact
Serve as a direct counterpart to specific CoCs and expert for their processes and roadmap.
Stay up to date with available tools and innovations on the market for their CoC.
Translate process requirements together with HR Systems Consultant into technical requirements.
Evaluate best fit of required HR processes (existing and new) within the HR Systems landscape, focusing on reusing existing systems if business needs fit in terms of cost and time.
Advocate for and implement process improvements, demonstrating industry trends and innovative tools to optimize HR operations.
Collaborate closely with team members to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications for HR systems.
Provide training and support to CoCs and other HR personnel to ensure efficient use of HR systems and processes.
Lead process change management initiatives and give to the change communication plan, helping team members understand the benefits and impacts of changes to HR systems and processes.
