Responsibilities:
Signature Care has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to leverage their HR skills to support our aged care homes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing recruitment and onboarding support, performance development and management, providing advice on ER / IR-related matters, and ensuring that HR best practice is maintained. You will be closely supported by an experienced and supportive HR team. Our residences are the top priority and we are looking for people who are passionate and work well within a team that supports our staff and residents’ well-being and lifestyle.
This role will be responsible for managing all HR operations across our current site in Singleton (WA). As our business continues to grow, this responsibility will expand to other sites, including but not limited to, Dawesville (WA).
