Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Craft and implement integrated business strategies aligned with BAT Global and Regional HR strategies.
- Provide leadership and direction to teams within BAT Indonesia and APMEA South Operations.
- Drive HR strategy to support BAT Indonesia and APMEA South Operations vision and mission.
- Contribute to the development of People strategy and partner with leadership teams for execution.
- Promote continuous learning and improvement to realize individual and team potential.
- Formulate and implement key strategic HR objectives across all functions in BAT Indonesia and APMEA South Operations, aligned with Global and Regional HR strategies.
- Build a winning environment with effective talent, organizational development, change, wellbeing, and reward strategies to maximize business opportunities across the DRBU.
- Drive area-scale people, culture, talent, and organizational development initiatives at a programmatic level.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
- University degree in HR, Management or Business-related course
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in Human Resource.
- In-depth knowledge of current HR practices and trends.
- Ability to think strategically and accomplish operationally.
- Experience working in multi-market or above-market environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and propose solutions.
- Agile in leading change and innovation.
- Proficient in data analysis to drive informed decisions.
