As a CBRE HR Communication Manager, you will oversee both strategy and execution of complex and high-profile internal communication campaigns and materials with minimal day-to-day oversight. You will use marketing and communications expertise to develop strategies that align with HR goals and serve as one of the primary consultants/advisors to HR leaders. You’ll aslo be responsible for analytics and reporting of outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Interact with business leaders to define communications and engagement strategy, review progress and seek feedback.
  • Develop communications plans and campaigns that help create a highly engaged workforce.
  • Develop strategic messaging and content in support of HR processes and initiatives.
  • Advise on use of internal communications channels to support program goals.
  • Track engagement with content and reports on analytics.
  • May serve as a mentor to less-experienced team members.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline from a 4-year college or university and a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to deliver effective and persuasive communications on HR topics to internal audiences.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret the most complex business documents.
  • Ability to build valuable stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to respond effectively and quickly to the most sensitive issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence.
  • Proven experience in a fast-moving and agile environment.
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.
  • Proven track record of developing, driving and delivering against implementation plans.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Ability to be resilient and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Experience in facilitating and influencing decision-making.
