Education/Experience

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The HR Communications Specialist is responsible for overseeing, refining, and executing our HR people communications strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) this role is critical to enhancing employee engagement, fostering a cohesive company culture, and facilitating seamless HR related communications. A crucial part of this role will be to liaise with the Global Events & Communications Director to align on relevant issues and topics that affect the company at large at time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement a robust HR communications strategy aligned with the company’s goals and culture.
- Create impactful communication plans for organizational change management, policy updates, and other people-related initiatives that aligns and implements broader global communication framework.
- Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of all HR related communications content and tools, including newsletters, Employee Hub updates, and internal announcements.
- Create images, videos, templates, etc. that will support such communications.
- Drive programs to elevate employee engagement, recognition, and internal community building.
- Collaborate with key leaders to ensure effective dissemination of key messages including CSR topics and content.
- Act as the key point of contact between the HR communications team and the Director of Global Communications at times.
- Collaborate on global communications initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and leveraging best practices across all communications platforms.
- Work closely with legal and compliance departments to ensure that produced communications meet all regulatory guidelines.
Education/Experience
