£24000 - £27000 per annum + Additional Company Benefits;
An expanding business in Lincoln are looking to hire a new HR & Compliance Administrator, ideally on a part time basis (x4 days per week) but they could accommodate someone looking to do 5 days with shorter hours on those days. The role is looking for someone to support across 2 different departments of HR & Compliance, with focus time varying depending on the ever changing demands of the departments at the time.
The role as HR & Compliance Administrator will report predominantly into the Finance & HR Manager but will work closely with the Compliance Manager and senior director.

Some key day to day duties for the role will include:

  • Providing HR support for new starters, leavers, recruitment processes, plus updating current staff files
  • Supporting during HR cases
  • Aiding in new policies, plus policy updates
  • Completing exit interviews
  • Updating the HR system
  • Monitoring aspects such as absence, sickness etc
  • Data preparation
  • Aiding with compliance administration
  • Helping to ensure the company adhere to all standards and compliance
  • Liaising with other internal departments
  • Plus many more

For this role, the client has asked DB Charles to find candidates with the following aspects:

  • Holds prior experience within HR but if they had exposure to aspects such as compliance or ISO standards would be ideal but not essential.
  • A holder of HR qualifications would be highly advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to handle very sensitive information discretely
  • Professional approach to situations
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ideally able to commit to a role for 4 days per week but the role could accommodate someone over 5 shorter days.
  • Happy to commit to a role based in Lincoln, requiring someone to be in the office x2 days per week.

The client is working with DB Charles Recruitment closely to successfully recruit the right candidate and are ideally seeking to pay a salary ranging from £24,000 to £27,000 per annum dependent on experience.
