ABOUT US
The Professional Services Hub (PS Hub) brings together professional services staff who are responsible for a variety of customer facing and back-office service activities. The PS Hub is committed to delivering high quality and efficient services, with an emphasis on customer experience and compliance to regulations and policies.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of HR Services, the HR Compliance Team Leader will manage a team of Compliance Advisors to ensure compliant Visa, immigration and Right to Work regulatory processes are delivered and maintained across the HR function and external business areas, in a fast paced, dynamic, proactive working environment. · Direct supervision of the HR Compliance Advisors · Drive a high performance, customer focused approach to HR compliance to maximise and improve team performance. · Management of 3rd party provider relationship, ensuring performance indicators are met. · Ensure UCL compliance obligations are met throughout the employee administration process. · Ensure all legal documents produced by HR Services are compliant, including contracts of employment, employee documents, payslips etc. · Provide advice and guidance to HR teams as/ when legislation changes. · Accountability for data accuracy within MyHR to enable efficient monthly payroll processes. · Management of HR internal and external Audit schedule. · Liaise with Legal Services to ensure our GDPR requirements are met and ensure close alignment on FOI/DSAR activities. · Liaise with other PS Hub teams if required e.g., Finance to ensure compliance is achieved. · Build/ maintain excellent operational working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
