Responsibilities:

WHAT DO YOU GET TO DO IN THIS POSITION?

  • Customer-oriented role (assigned management teams or business units) to provide HR guidance about managing teams, structure, process and culture in order to achieve business results.
  • Manages the delivery of human resources solutions based on the direction established by HR with customer groups.
  • Investigates and helps resolve employee relationship problems and complaints.
  • Works collaboratively with functional team members and helps develop strategies, improve organizational performance, and develop organizational capacity.
  • Assumes leadership of some HR projects & campaigns (STIP Non Sales annual review, Performance Review, Learning path definition, On Boarding and Off boarding, Job offers, Salary Review, IDP support, One Voice follow up, Service day, among others ) and uses influence with peers to define or reinforce messages.
  • Provides supervision and guidance to team members in interpreting policies and procedures and ensures compliance with local laws and guidelines.
  • Recommends changes and / or updates to maintain our current policies and guidelines and guarantee the best processes.
  • Contributes to the team’s success by sharing critical information in a timely manner.
  • Primary point of contact for employees and managers for employee relations matters and investigations.
  • Assist in analysis and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Provides advisory support to managers throughout the corrective action process until dismissal.
  • Ensures the consistency of policies and processes.
  • Under moderate supervision, prepare trend reports and discuss recommended actions for submission to client groups or HRBP.
  • Develop strong partnerships with other areas to assist assigned business units with recruitment, payroll and benefits related needs when needed.
  • Guide and influence managers in planning and implementing effective performance management.
  • Coaches and influence manager decisions related to employee promotions, salary management, career development and career guidance options.
  • Analytical Skills and Advanced level of Excel for data validation is a must, pivot tables, vlookup, match, index and similar use of formulas, basis statistics
