YOUR TEAM

The People Change and Consultancy team in Flutter work closely with the HR team and wider people community to devise a best practice approach on design, planning and delivery of all people related change projects. You will partner and collaborate with the HR team and key senior stakeholders throughout the UK&I division in all its locations, and in doing so will provide the blueprint for all people change activity. You will be pragmatic, commercially minded, agile in approach, aware of the cultural and different legal environments we operate in, whilst delivering at pace through your extensive Flutter network.
You will report into the People Director of Strategic Change, but your role will span beyond the Change and Consultancy team to support the delivery of the UKI Objectives through our people. You will be an integral part of the HR community, working closely with key stakeholders as a trusted partner and thought leader in people change management.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Working closely and supporting the People Director of Strategic Change and the Lead HR Consultant, you will own and translate the output from the governance forum into the effective delivery of people programmes. You will support developing and managing a people change delivery runway across a spectrum of projects, offering commercially led delivery options whilst balancing dependencies, managing risk, and ensuring any cost opportunities are tracked and realised.

  • Creating a framework which enables People Partners and other interested stakeholders, to update on the status of their projects, escalate risks or issues where appropriate.
  • Foster an environment which enables true collaboration and the co-creation of solutions that are deployed and owned by the people community and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Lead HR Consultant in growing our capability on ‘best practice’ including organisational design and change management.
  • Applying insights and experience-based problem solving to create solutions that drive positive business outcomes.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT

  • Programme/Project Management – utilising an agile methodology support the management of a portfolio of complex work in an ever-changing environment with multiple senior stakeholders with unique needs.
  • Stakeholder Management – engaging with multiple senior stakeholders, using a data driven approach to influence recommendations and alignment of approach.
  • Integrative/critical thinking – applying insights and experience-based problem solving to create solutions that drive positive business outcomes.
  • Communication – support building a compelling case and narrative for change.
  • Analytical judgement – using data to drive insights and decision making.
