This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join Privilege HR. We are looking for an individual who will be working as a HR Consultant with multiple SME’s to provide their HR support.
Privilege HR, a growing outsourced HR franchise organisation, is on the lookout for an experienced Senior HR professional ready to move from corporate life, or an existing HR Consultant who is eager to join a larger team with centralised support and mentoring.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • Senior-level HR experience or as an established HR Consultant dealing with employee relation matters.
  • A people-oriented professional skilled in strategic HR solution delivery, valuing the central role of people in organisational success.
  • A naturally open and honest with your communication style.
  • Resilience - you will be working with multiple clients at once.
  • A practical approach to solving client issues in tight timescales.
  • A coaching style when working with leaders.
  • An ability to make well rounded and effective decisions to create a positive impact on a business and its employees.
  • Commercially aware mindset and maybe even enjoy numbers!
  • Strong leadership, team building, and relationship-nurturing skills.
  • CIPD qualifications or equivalent.
    Job Title: HR Consultant
    Location: Mixture of working from client sites (Cheshire and Wigan), working from home and networking.
    Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + performance related bonus

Responsibilities:

You will be joining a fast-paced, enjoyable and ambitious business environment and will be leading and responsible for the delivery of comprehensive HR solutions: strategic planning, culture change, business transformation, D&I, wellbeing, etc.
This is an employed, salaried position with the flexibility and freedom to run it as your own business and manage you own professional and personal life, whilst building and developing your own client relationships.
You will also have the support and mentorship from Privilege HR’s Director’s and set up and running assistance with IT, marketing, and operational support (so you won’t be alone)! You will be working under Privilege HR’s brand with the support of an existing organisation who has around 200 clients to offer your HR Support services to.
This role offers a blend of working on client sites, working from home and networking. Most of your time will be client facing so there will be travel involved in the role. It presents a unique opportunity for a challenging and adaptable role.
