HR Consultant – Tietoevry Banking
The tech market keeps expanding, and so does Tietoevry Banking. We are now looking for an HR consultant to join our HR Operations team and be part of our exciting stand-alone journey.
In this role, you will be part of our HR Operations function in Tietoevry Banking with 3 600 employees globally. You will work towards Norway and be the first line when it comes to HR-related questions and requests, including the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function. You will also be part of local and global HR projects and work closely with other stakeholders within the HR function and organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and coordinate key HR processes such as, on-/off-boarding, salary, pension and insurance related questions for our colleagues
  • HR policies and routines
  • Serve as a key contact point for employees and managers to resolve queries and personnel-related challenges and give guidance on the key activities and processes within the yearly HR cycle
  • Maintenance of HR master data in our HR system including ensuring high quality employee data
  • Drive operational implementation of key initiatives in alignment with the broader HR/People strategy and business requirements
  • Being involved and take lead in various ongoing and future HR development projects
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, and policy interpretation to facilitate self-support

Who you are:

  • A relevant academic degree such as HR/experience within HR can compensate for an HR degree
  • Knowledge in Norwegian labour law and experience working with employee representatives, including unions
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Experience of working in a global company
  • Problem solver, ability to prioritize, independent and a team player
